A brief explanation of how you should optimize and visualize business as a funnel with a top, middle and bottom of the funnel you optimize.
Optimize for the top of the funnel (how you drive folks to your experience),
middle of the funnel (build a trusted relationship with you or your company)
bottom of the funnel (what you want users to do?) ie. Download an app, mint an NFT, buy CPG product, purchase a service.
